Diagnostic information on Carousel Cloud Player for Apple TV

Problem

Certain things are hard to figure out when a player is running, since the entire screen is showing content, by design.  The Brightsign players have a DWS that helps, so with Carousel Cloud we wanted something similar for diagnostics.

Solution

While running the Carousel Cloud Player for Apple TV, use the remote control and press the ⏯ (play/pause) button.  Diagnostic information will be overlaid on the display until you press the button again.  Important, but invisible, things can be discovered, such as the player's name, PlayerID, Web Socket state, zone details, memory usage, etc.
