Troubleshooting Information and Guided Steps
Restart your Amazon Signage Stick
Ensure the device is connected to your network

Verify that the Amazon Signage Stick has storage space available
You can check available storage space by clicking the gear button on the remote and scrolling to the ‘Storage’ section

Amazon Signage Stick players auto-update overnight, but be sure to check that the latest version of the Carousel Cloud app is installed on the device.
Log in to Carousel
Configure menu
Players
Dedicated Players
Under "Show/Hide Columns"
Check "Version"

Reset the cache for the Carousel Cloud app
Push the back button on the remote
Toggle ‘Clear Cache’ to on
Push the back button to confirm clearing the player cache

Verify that the bulletin type or function you’re trying to use on the Amazon Signage Stick is supported in Carousel Cloud
Watch for and record any error messages on the Amazon Signage Stick when the device is powering on
If you’re not the Carousel Site Admin for your organization, you may need to reach out to those individuals within your organization to assist with additional troubleshooting steps as needed
