Restart your device
Ensure the device is connected to your network
Verify that the device has storage space available
In your web browser settings menu, check for and install any available updates
Disable hardware and/or graphics acceleration in your browser settings
Make sure sound output for the site is enabled in the web browser settings

Verify that the bulletin type or function you’re trying to use on the PWA player is supported in Carousel Cloud
Watch for and record any error messages in the web browser when the web browser is showing or attempting to show Carousel Cloud content
If you’re not the Carousel Site Admin for your organization, you may need to reach out to those individuals within your organization to assist with additional troubleshooting steps as needed
