Troubleshooting Information and Guided Steps
Restart your ChromeOS device
Ensure the Chrome device is connected to your network
Verify that the Chrome device has storage space available
In the Chrome settings menu, check for and install any available updates

Verify that the bulletin type or function you’re trying to use on your ChromeOS device is supported in Carousel Cloud
Watch for and record any error messages in the Carousel Cloud app when launched on the ChromeOS device
If you’re not the Carousel Site Admin for your organization, you may need to reach out to those individuals within your organization to assist with additional troubleshooting steps as needed
