Carousel now integrates with Google Sheets so you can display your up-to-date spreadsheet data along with your other content with ease!

How it works

Copy your Publish To Web share link from Google Sheets

Log into your Google account and browse to the spreadsheet you wish to show in Carousel. Select the File drop-down menu, then Share > Publish to Web. Then publish the document (or page selection) as a web page. Copy the publish to web Share link. Please note that Carousel will display the sheet or specified cell range in the size it is created so please design accordingly.

In Carousel, choose your desired zone and select New Bulletin > Dynamic Bulletin > Google Sheets Bulletin. Paste the publish to web share link into the field. Optionally, you may enter a cell range to display only part of the sheet. Your sheets document can display live on any media player with an internal web browser such as a brightsign player. Apple TV’s will use a snapshot regardless of the setting chosen in the bulletin. Snapshots are refreshed approximately every 15 minutes.

Then simply select any additional bulletin settings and publish your bulletin. Now Carousel will display your Google Sheets Presentation!
