Carousel now integrates with Microsoft Word so you can display your up-to-date documents on your signage displays and express players.

Due to the following Microsoft limitations, cross-account-type (personal + work/school) and cross-tenant file access is not supported
Cross-Account-Type: Personal Microsoft accounts can only access files owned by or shared from other personal Microsoft accounts
Cross-Tenant: Microsoft 365 Work/School accounts can only access files within the same Azure tenant

How it Works
Creating the Microsoft Word Bulletin in Carousel Cloud
In Carousel Cloud, navigate to your desired zone for displaying the Microsoft Word content and select New Bulletin > Dynamic Bulletin > Microsoft Word Bulletin
If you haven’t already connected your Microsoft account to Carousel Cloud, click the orange ‘Connect to Microsoft’ button and then complete the account connection in the pop-up window from Microsoft
Please Note: If the pop-up Microsoft window displays a checkbox for permissions, you must check the box for Carousel to gain access to your Microsoft account
After connecting your Microsoft account to Carousel Cloud, you will then choose which Microsoft Word file you want to display in Carousel Cloud by clicking ‘Choose a Document’ and then selecting it from the drop-down menu
After selecting the Microsoft Word file you want to display, you can simply hit the orange ‘Publish’ button in the upper right corner of the Microsoft Word bulletin screen. The Microsoft Word bulletin creation process is complete!
