Channel Resolutions
To prevent scaling (resizing) of the Carousel Cloud channel on your players, your channel resolution should match the video output resolution of your players and/or its connected display.
1920 x 1080 (HD)
If you are using any of the following, choose a channel resolution of 1920 x 1080 (HD).
1080p (HD) player
1080p-capable HDMI cable
1080p display
3840 x 2160 (4K)
If you are using all of the following, choose a channel resolution of 3840 x 2160 (4K)
4K player
4K-capable HDMI cable
4K display
Zone and Content Resolutions
To prevent scaling (resizing) of your content, your uploaded content should always match the resolution of the zone where your content is being stored in Carousel Cloud. For example, if your Carousel Cloud zone is 1920 x 1080, your uploaded content should match that resolution.
