Description
The Reports menu is an easy way to download specific data about bulletin impressions, your users, and player information from your Carousel Cloud account. The downloadable report options are shown in the screenshot below.
How it Works
To access the Reports menu, navigate to Configure > System > Reports
After selecting your report type, the selectable data fields/filters will automatically update to reflect your type of report
After choosing the report type, applying any filters, and clicking the orange Generate Report button, a .csv file will be downloaded to your default saved data location on your device
To open and display the downloaded .csv files, you may need to have additional software installed on your computer, such as Microsoft Excel or Apple Numbers. Alternatively, you could use a web-based tool like Google Sheets to open and view the .csv files.
Report Type Information
Bulletin Impression Report - This report provides details on bulletin impressions within a specified date range
Users Report - This report is a list of the users in the system and the scoped roles assigned to them
User Roles Report - This report is a list of available user roles in the system and their permissions
Dedicated Players Report - This report is a list of the dedicated players in the system and their details
Player Power Schedules Report - This report provides details on player power schedules
Player Channel Schedules Report - This report provides details on player channel schedules
