The player dashboard will show prompt you at the top of the page when any of your online players have an update that requires your action to complete. You will also be shown a warning in the version column on each individual player that is not current.

Apple Players

The full line of Apple players such as Apple TVs and iPads can either be manually updated via the app store or through an MDM platform like JAMF.

BrightSign Players

When updates to the BrightSign player software are available you will be prompted at the top of the dashboard screen. You can then choose to update all of your players at once, or select individual players and update them with the update players action from the dropdown menu. Your players will download and apply the update, then reboot.

Chrome Players

Both Chrome Enterprise and the PWA players will auto-update and require no action on your part.

Conference Room Players

Conference room players like Zoom and Mersive will auto-update and require no action on your part.
