Troubleshooting Information and Guided Steps
Restart your LG webOS display
Ensure the LG display is connected to your network
Verify that the LG display has storage space available
In the settings menu on the LG display, check for and ensure the latest available software update is installed
Double-check that the settings, specifically for running the Carousel Cloud app on the LG display, are correct as explained in this Carousel Cloud support article.

Verify that the bulletin type or function you’re trying to use on the LG display is supported in Carousel Cloud
Watch for and record any error messages on the LG display when the tv is powering on and/or when launching the Carousel Cloud application
If you’re not the Carousel Site Admin for your organization, you may need to reach out to those individuals within your organization to assist with additional troubleshooting steps as needed
