These behaviors can include things like missing bulletin previews in a zone, data that hasn’t refreshed after you’ve made a change in Carousel Cloud, and other ‘odd’ or unexpected behaviors. When these types of behaviors are reported to us, the issue typically has something to do with your device, or there is something about your organization’s configuration that is causing this behavior.
Missing Bulletin Previews Example
Review the following to attempt to isolate the behavior. These steps can be completed by you and/or, where required, your organization's technical team:
Refresh your web browser tab for Carousel Cloud
Restart your web browser
Restart your computer

If there haven’t been any improvements from doing the above, try logging in to Carousel Cloud on a different device
We recommend a personal device as the easiest way to eliminate multiple organizational variables at once

Try logging in to Carousel Cloud on a different network
We recommend trying personal wifi at home or a cellular network, as the easiest ways to eliminate multiple organizational variables at once
Ensure your device operating system and web browsers are fully updated

Clear the cache and cookies in your web browser
This will force you to log back in to Carousel Cloud
If you’re still noticing issues after completing the above, more steps include:
Investigate network traffic going to and/or from the device being used, which could be getting blocked and causing issues
Isolate any antivirus software, that could be preventing proper display of the Carousel Cloud web interface
Isolate any web browser extensions, that could be preventing proper display of the Carousel Cloud web interface
Investigate restrictions or profiles that your device MDM is enforcing on the device that can impact web browser behavior
