Create a Zapier account

After creating the account and logging in, create Instagram for Business as an App Connection
According to your needs, configure all of the settings in the Instagram connection pop-up window

After completing your Instagram connection, you will see it listed in the Connections menu, as shown below

Click on Create > Zaps

Select Instagram > New Post to Your Timeline, then set Trigger event > New Media Posted in my Account
Click Continue, then choose your Instagram account
Test as needed, then Continue with Selected Record

Choose RSS > Create Item in Feed

Name the Feed URL

Copy the Feed URL to use later in the RSS bulletin in Carousel Cloud

Set Feed Title, Item Title, Author Name, and Author Link to Username

Set Source URL to Permalink

Set Content to Caption and Media URL to Media URL
Set Pubdate to Timestamp
Then Test and Publish
In Assets > Zap Workflows, you can view and manage your Zap
Create the RSS bulletin in Carousel Cloud

If you want to use a formatted Instagram bulletin template in Carousel Cloud:
Download this RSS Instagram Bulletin.zip file

Navigate to the zone where you want to display this content, then click on New Bulletin > Uploaded
Click browse to upload
Select the RSS Instagram Bulletin.zip file you just downloaded, then choose Upload
After the bulletin is uploaded, update the Feed URL with the Feed URL from Zapier in step 10, posted above
Click the orange Publish button to complete the process
