Overview
Carousel Cloud allows uploading multiple images simultaneously, which provides an easy-to-set-up and manage workflow for getting presentations from programs like Microsoft PowerPoint and Apple Keynote into Carousel Cloud.
Exporting from Microsoft PowerPoint

The instructions shown in this section came from a Windows computer, but the same workflow instructions also work on Mac.
Open your presentation in PowerPoint.
Click File → Export → Change File Type → then select PNG Portable Network Graphics (*.png) → Save As.
Select a save location and press the Save button.
When asked which slides you want to export, select All Slides.
Navigate to the saved location, and there will be a folder with the title of your presentation, which includes all of your presentation slides as images. Right-click the folder and select Send to → Compressed (zipped) folder.
Once you have your .zip folder, jump to the Importing into Carousel Cloud section.
Exporting from Apple Keynote
Open your presentation in Keynote.
Select File → Export To → Images…
As shown below, verify that the Images menu option is chosen, the All radio button is selected, the Format option is PNG, and Export with transparent backgrounds is Unchecked. Then click Save...
Name the file and then press Export.
Navigate to the save location, then right-click the folder and select Compress Items to create a .zip folder.
Continue to the Importing into Carousel Cloud section.
Importing into Carousel Cloud
Log in to Carousel Cloud.
Navigate to the zone you want to display your presentation in.
Click New Bulletin followed by Uploaded. Drag and drop the .zip folder created earlier, or use the browse to upload option to navigate to your .zip folder.
After the .zip folder is done processing in Carousel Cloud, click the orange Change Schedule button to publish the bulletins.
Switch to the Active tab to view the grouped bulletins.
To edit the bulletins in the group, click Open.
The specific bulletins within the group are now available to edit individually.
