Prerequisites
Your Zoom user account must have access to edit Zoom Rooms (e.g., you’re the account owner, an admin, or have a role with edit access for Zoom Rooms)

Log into Carousel Cloud and navigate to Configure > Players, then select Media Players and Setup New Player.

Select Zoom Room from the Media player List and Copy the link for the player URL.

Log into your Zoom account. In the Admin section, select Room Management > Zoom Rooms. Click the “Edit” button next to one of your Zoom Rooms, and select the Digital Signage tab. Click the “Add Content” link in the content list.

Select the URL content type and add the Carousel Cloud player URL by pasting the URL from earlier into the text field. Click “Add Url”, then click “Add 1 item”.

You will see a preview of the Carousel Cloud player registration screen in the Zoom admin panel.
DO NOT use that preview image to register with Carousel Cloud. This image is simply a screenshot that Zoom takes of the URL content you’ve added, and it demonstrates a successful connection to your Carousel Cloud account. You will register your actual Zoom Room display later on, by being physically present in the room once the signage content is running on your display. -
Adjust the duration of the digital signage content as appropriate for your use, then save your settings in Zoom.
Once the Zoom Room enters digital signage mode, the Carousel Cloud player registration screen will be displayed. Then you may follow the on-screen instructions to register your player. For large deployments, follow the steps in this article to batch register multiple players simultaneously. Once registered, it will begin to display either your initial channel or the channel specified during batch registration.
Known Issues
MacOS players may intermittently unregister themselves after being properly added. Remove the digital signage DB found in ~/Library/WebKit/us.zoom.ZoomRoomsDigitalSignage/WebsiteData/
if this occurs. Then restart the computer.
