Goal: Configure the ScreenBeam digital signage template, and then register the ScreenBeam device as a player in the Carousel Cloud web interface

Overview of the Setup Process
Configure a new digital signage template in the ScreenBeam software, using the ScreenBeam provisioning URL from Carousel Cloud
Register the ScreenBeam device as a player in the Carousel Cloud web interface

ScreenBeam Player Setup Process

Obtain the ScreenBeam provisioning URL
Log in to Carousel Cloud
Click on the gear in the upper-right corner
Click on Configure
Select Players
Choose Player Setup
Click on ScreenBeam
Copy the URL provided
Log in to your ScreenBeam CMS software or access the settings page directly on the ScreenBeam device

In the Digital Signage section:
Click the radio button to Enable digital signage
Add the ScreenBeam URL you previously copied from Carousel Cloud to the Source URL field
Save the settings
If the ScreenBeam doesn’t immediately enter digital signage mode, please restart the ScreenBeam device
After the ScreenBeam device is in digital signage mode, the device will display a player activation screen, as shown below

Lastly, you will need to register the ScreenBeam device as a player in Carousel Cloud
If you are only registering a few players, you can follow the steps under the heading Player Activation in this Carousel Cloud article
For large deployments, follow the steps under the heading Batch Registration in this Carousel Cloud article to register multiple players simultaneously
Once the ScreenBeam device is registered in Carousel Cloud, the device will begin to display your default cloud channel or the channel you specify during the registration process
