Overview of the Setup Process
Configure and install the Carousel Player App (Directly on the device or by using a Philips ProStore account)
Activate the Philips device as a player in the Carousel Cloud web interface

Philips Player Setup Process

To install the Carousel Player app through the Philips ProStore webpage:
Log in or create a new account on the Philips ProStore
Request access to the Carousel Player application by emailing your ProStore Manager
Within your Wave account, select the Carousel Player application as the content for your Philips display

To install the Carousel Player app directly on the Philips device:
Log in to Carousel Cloud
Click on the gear in the upper-right corner
Click on Configure
Select Players
Choose Player Setup
Click on Philips
Click on the link for Carousel Player APK
After downloading, follow your device manufacturer’s steps to complete installation
After the application has been installed and launched, the device will display a player activation screen, as shown below

Lastly, you will need to register the Philips device as either a dedicated or express player in Carousel Cloud. Dedicated vs express player differences are explained in more detail in this article.

Once the Philips players are registered in Carousel Cloud, the selected players will begin to display your default cloud channel or the channel you specify during the registration process
