Carousel Cloud supports Windows devices running the following software:
The most current version of Windows
All other fully supported versions of Windows. Fully supported means at minimum, all required security updates are applied.
Specific questions about hardware that meets the above criteria should be directed to your systems integrator or Carousel Cloud reseller to choose appropriate devices for your digital signage requirements
If you are using a Windows MDM (mobile device management) to manage your Windows devices, you can follow the standard app deployment steps for your MDM to deploy the Carousel Cloud Player app to your Windows devices
Overview of the Setup Process
Install the Carousel Cloud Player app from the Microsoft Store
Activate the Windows device as a player in the Carousel Cloud web interface

Windows Device Setup Process
On your Windows PC, click here to open the web version of the Microsoft Store
Click on Download or View in Store
Click on Get
After the Carousel Cloud Player app has been installed and you open the app for the first time, you will be prompted to enter the player activation code (as shown below) in the Carousel Cloud web interface to allow the Windows device to activate and communicate with your Carousel Cloud system
Lastly, you will need to activate the Windows device as either a dedicated or express player in Carousel Cloud. Dedicated vs express player differences are explained in more detail in this article.

Once the Windows device is activated in Carousel Cloud, the selected Windows device will begin to display your default cloud channel or the channel you specify during the activation process
